Established in 2003, Jiangsu Shajiabang Metal Tech Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company) has been dedicated to development and manufacture of shopping trolleys ever since 1989, when Changshu Shajiabang Commercial Facilities Factory was its predecessor.

Up to now, the company has employed 200-odd staff and more than 20 technicians in charge of scientific research and development, with multiple technical departments, such as autonomous research and development center, inspection and test systems, as well as equipment debugging center managing and controlling the entire process of manufacturing products. Since 2012, the company has become global equipment supplier designated by Wal-Mart.

Currently, the company has 10 workshops, 3 production lines of automation & semi-automation for welding, plastic spraying and testing purposes, included but not limited to 2 sets of automated welding robot arms, 3 sets of bending machine, 3 sets of steel plate shearing machine, 4 sets of automated pipe bending machine, 8 sets of straightening machine, 10 sets of punching machine, 40 sets of spot projection welding machine, and 30 sets of gas shielded welding machine. Needless to say, the company has obtained 12 invention patents, including 7 patents for designs on appearance of shopping trolleys, 2 patents for designs on appearance of storage cage and display rack and 1 utility patent for disinfection cabinet of shopping trolleys; moreover, the company has developed anti-collision buffer for shopping trolleys, welding impact tester and isolation block for dodge gate in control of shopping trolleys’ access.
