Concord Investment (China) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company) holds the lawful rights for the trade mark “RT-Mart”. All the “RT-Mart” hypermarkets in Mainland China are set up upon the company’s investment.

When it comes to “RT-Mart” in Mainland China, the first “RT-Mart” Hypermarket was set up in 1998 as a membership large-scale hypermarket. Ever since then, “RT-Mart” has developed and made its presence in a form of hypermarket chains. As a brand, “RT-Mart” has been held by Sun Art Retail Group Limited since 2011. In July 2017, Alibaba Group made strategic investment in Sun Art Retail Group Limited. Accordingly, “RT-Mart” hypermarket chains have officially strode into the era of New Retail from then on. By the end of 2018, there had been 406 “RT-Mart” hypermarkets established in Mainland China, with its business serving 29 provinces, cities and autonomous administrative regions.
