About Company:

Founded in 1994, Shanghai CAS Electronics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of South Korea-based CAS Corporation. As a globalized manufacturing base of CAS Corporation, the company has successfully developed full-automatic filling lines for 5-liter bottle, 18-liter and 20-liter kegs, 200-liter barrel as well as IBC Tank; based on its clients’ needs, the company has customized an integrated set of full-automatic production line for weighing, packing and stacking goods of 5-50 kg. Its automatic operation platform ranges from conveying containers, uncapping, aligning inlets, filling, aligning caps, placing caps and screwing caps to encasement, sealing and stacking. Up to now, the company’s offerings have been adopted and verified by PetroChina, Sinopec, Dusso, Waigaoqiao Petrochemical, Huntsman and Shuanghui Group.

Currently, the double-station fully automated filling line for 200-liter specification and the four-station fully automated filling line for 18-liter specification constitute the company’s benchmarking products. The liquid materials that the company’s filling line is able to handle cover flammables & explosives, highly toxic chemical products, coating products and high-grade lube oil.
