I. Event Background & Purpose
Currently, chain retail enterprises and brand owners are carrying out the attempts to achieve digital transformation. In the process, they have confronted with many same or similar pain points and difficulties, which emerged as new problems that even ERP (enterprise resource planning) manufacturers and merchants cannot solve.
In view of the above situation, CCFA organizes the event to invite chain retail enterprises and brand owners here sharing the painful and difficult points they met as well as the technology and application problems urgently in need of solving in the course of trying digital transformation. Simultaneously, a group of emerging yet vigorous enterprises with gene of innovation in digital service are invited to exchange, explore and discuss with chain retail enterprises and brand owners in hope that the problems the enterprises have met by now can be solved through further experiments.
II. Event Form
Every chain retail enterprise and FMCG enterprise are asked to share the overall structures/ strategies of their supply chains respectively, as well as the supply chain-related problems they have met in the process of digital transformation and optimization. Next, it is time for all delegates and representatives to discuss and exchange for new solutions.
