 The author believes that it is very important for a retailer to be more attractive to customers in his business operations, and it cannot be ignored. If the retailers have a strong attraction for customers, they will attract customers from all directions like magnets, take their own needs, and boost their own business. So as a retail owner, what should be done to enhance their attractiveness to customers? Talk about personal opinions here:

First, the business philosophy of advancing with the times.
The society is developing and the times are being updated. It is clear that all walks of life, including the retail industry, must comply with this change. As a retail operator, in order to have a long-term development of its own business, it must have a business philosophy that keeps pace with the times. In terms of ideology, we must keep up with the pace of the times, continue to innovate in philosophy, be flexible in tactics, and continue to move forward in our actions. We must abandon the traditional concept of “bathing with poplar stumps”. It is not only unpleasant and thankless that we always rely on experience and business habits. Sometimes we may also make mistakes. In todays era, a retailer must not only be bold, but also must be careful. You must dare to do business that others have not done, or dare to try businesses that have certain risks. Because such a business is successful, the income is much higher than conventional. Therefore, as a retailer, one must be good at modest learning, that is, learn from books, learn from the Internet, learn from peers, and ask experts. Then, in combination with its own actual conditions and the characteristics of local residents consumption, choose practical investment projects, which will ensure that the business has room for development. At the same time, in the business process, it is necessary to continue to summarize and analyze, reflect on business success, avoid weaknesses, optimize service quality, and improve operating efficiency in order to effectively increase customer attention.
Second, extraordinary business vision.
As a retail operator, I think it should be a sight to behold. As the saying goes: "Stand high and look far." Only when we have an extraordinary business vision will we be able to look far and forward, and only from the current analysis of the future can we have a global perspective. For example, the location of the store to buy, not necessarily now remote is always out of the way; store decoration, to be willing to spend money, only this way "willing to set up the child only to the wolf"; business projects, do not simply imitate others, blindly follow the trend, have their own A unique strategic vision; the scale of investment is not necessarily the bigger the better, it should be moderately appropriate; in cooperation with people, it should also cooperate to fully analyze the personality characteristics of the partners. In short, these are the practical problems that need to be faced in the business. If a retailer does not have a supernatural vision, he or she will be easily exposed to “clouds,” or “a leaf blind,” and will inevitably affect his own operations. Therefore, only the eyes of the customer can be used to attract the attention of the customers, so that customers like us.
Third, the flexible mode of operation.
As a retail operator, we must also learn how to be flexible and changeable, so that we can respond to market demands and satisfy customers multiple requirements. Do not avoid the monotony of business operations. I have a friend who started from the beginning to open daily necessities retail stores in the village and gradually increased the variety of goods, such as tobacco, wine, vegetables, cold drinks, fruits, etc., and gradually expanded with the increase of economic income and the increase of floating population. With a business scale, the store of more than ten square meters will be expanded to a supermarket of a size of nearly 100 square meters. After a few years, he went to the county town to open a sugar and alcoholic drinks and beverages wholesale department. Later, he gradually transferred hotels and guesthouses. With the continuous change of business methods, his business is getting bigger and bigger, and his annual economic income is increasing. Now that there are cars and villas in the county, its like a big boss. Just think, if he had only operated some commodities for daily use, his income was at best enough to meet the expenses of daily living. How could he be as rich as today? Therefore, when a retailer wants to combine his own business with a small store and learn how to assess the situation, he should not hesitate to increase the type of business, expand the scale of operations, and change the mode of operation and management. He must take the initiative and make a swift attempt to move in a new direction. Only in this way can we have enough energy and abundant sources to attract customers.
Fourth, character traits that are good for people.
As a retail operator, in order to use its own beautiful external image and elegant internal qualities to attract customers, it is necessary to constantly cultivate their own words and deeds, enrich their inner civilization and improve their language skills. We must strictly meet ourselves and show our customers their own style of civilization; treat customers faults and mistakes, and do nothing with the customers. In particular, we must be sensible and calm when using temperament and patience to communicate with them. We must respect them. Avoid direct conflicts. As the saying goes: “Three words of good words are warm in winter, and bad words hurt a decade of cold”, which clearly shows the importance of politeness, civilized language, and human kindness. Sometimes "forbearance of humiliation for a long time, you can change for a long time," so as a retailer, we must be open-minded, tolerate things that others can not tolerate. In this way, customers will feel our kindness and sincerity. They will generally reflect on themselves and gradually resolve conflicts. Therefore, it is particularly important to say that the warm words and deeds of people are good for increasing the charisma of retail operators and enhancing their attractiveness!
