Under the premise of basically stable food and beverage market, Shangchao convenience, 3C, medicine, clothing and other new retail areas will become a new growth engine.
 
 
As far as the retail industry is concerned, compared with the online maturity of the catering industry, the online business of the supermarket and convenience store industry is still in its infancy, and needs to be improved from the aspects of information system, personnel awareness and operational experience. On the basis of hungry platform traffic, data support, logistics and distribution, Lightning will provide refined business plan development, process optimization and personnel capability training for the specific situation of the business.
 
After joining the new retail system of Alibaba Group, I am hungry. Based on the local life service of the catering industry, I also focus on the transformation of offline traditional retail. In May of this year, the family convenience store achieved a single store monthly transaction volume increase of 150% when it was hungry. In July, when I was hungry, I announced that I will operate the Tmall store jointly with Ali Retail. It is expected that there will be a million-seat convenience store in the future. In this cooperation, Lightning will be based on four years of experience in physical retail online operations, providing system services and in-depth operational services for the vast number of retailers in the hungry local living service ecosystem, thereby enhancing business performance. It is understood that the first step of the cooperation between the two sides will jointly support a group of head businesses to create benchmarking cases.
