The United States department store Bon - Ton Stores filed for bankruptcy

 One of the largest regional department store chain Bon - Ton Stores, filed for bankruptcy protection. According to its bankruptcy restructuring plan, the company will explore strategic options, including the possibility of selling the company or part of the assets. This is by far the largest U.S. retail 2018 bankruptcy cases. We have learned, Bon - Ton Stores was founded in 1898, headquartered in the United States, Pennsylvania, full-time employees 25200 people, is one of the largest regional department Stores in the United States. 

Bon - Ton Stores to buy Elder - Beerman, Carson Pirie Scott, Bergners, Boston Store, Herbergers and Younkers. In September 2006, the state department store from Belk, Inc. (OTCQB: BLKIA, BLKIB) acquisition of four former Parisian stores. As of October 21, 2015,  including nine furniture Store and four authorized Store, name (brand) for Bon - Ton, Bergners, Boston Store, Carsons, Elder - Beerman, Herbergers and Younkers.
