Home consumption upgrade Red Star Macalline wants to be the guide of imported home
In the ever-evolving Chinese market, the home life related to the spiritual connotation of the middle class has also ushered in an outbreak.
Known as "the first set of furniture for the American middle class," Thomasville & Co. opened its largest flagship store in China in Xi’an Red Star Macalline. This red star Macalline and the largest American furniture group HHG jointly launched a new collection brand in the Chinese market, is expected to open 100 offline stores in China in the next three years.
Thomasville & Co., which has been incubating in China for a year, is welcoming a rapid growth period. Thomasville & Co. owns three American furniture brands, Thomasville, Henredon and Drexel. Since April 2017, the brand has opened 8 stores in Shanghai, Changzhou, Zhengzhou, Nanjing and Xi’an. In the past year, Thomasville & Co. helped its parent company, HHG, the largest home furnishing group in the US, to create the best year in the history of the Chinese market with an average monthly sales of more than one million in offline retail stores.
In order to become a guide for international brands to penetrate the Chinese market, Red Star Macalline established the B2B platform of China’s first home-imported brand in 2013 – Red Star Macalline B2B International Brand Center. I want to become the "matchmaker" of the domestic "Gao Fu Shuai" dealers and overseas "Bai Fumei" home furnishing brands.
Red Star Meikai’s B2B strategy is to break the dilemma of international home brands entering China.
