Fashion mall Farfetch had been so "new retail"

 Luxury electric business platform Farfetch announced Certona cooperation with technology company, to be launched for its luxury brand oriented electricity solution platform Farfetch Black&White add artificial intelligence (AI) and personalized recommendation service. The Farfetch Black&White launched in September 2015, is currently provides eight luxury brands international payment tools, logistics and returns all channels such as electricity service, cooperation brand including Spain footwear designer Manolo blahniks.

In fact, Farfetch previously had a technical cooperation with Certona, for its platform from nearly 1500 fashion boutique brands as well as from all over the world to provide digital services. In addition, Farfetch had cooperation with Certona personalized marketing, email marketing gained 10% hit growth. Kelly, head of Farfetch Black&White Kowal said: "the personalized retail is the core of our strategy. Farfetch is dedicated to the user demand in the first place, and to provide the first-class consumer experience, this cooperation is experienced Certona digital service of the hope can help us promote this strategy." The Certona can offer cloud services, user behavior analysis, insight into big data and real-time prediction analysis technology, for its cooperation retailers provide personalized content, promotions, and product recommendation service.
