E-commerce sector expansion, O2O business covers national stores

Since the test of the o2o platform in May 2017, since the US group was hungry, the platform has cooperated with the o2o business. As of August 2018, the Carrefour e-commerce business has expanded to 211 stores in 49 cities, covering all Carrefour cities. From August 8th, Shanghai Xuhui Store opened a 24-hour distribution business.
Since the launch of the US group for one year, the average daily order volume of Carrefour stores has increased by several times in double digits. The GMV is a geometric growth, and many stores have achieved daily orders. On May 17th, 2018, on the first anniversary of the cooperation between Carrefour and the United States, the US group’s take-out and Carrefour jointly launched a number of preferential benefits. The orders of various stores across the country are now in full swing, setting a new record in history. The order quantity of the single-day single store in Beijing Carrefour Tiantongyuan Store exceeded 2,000.
Recently, Carrefour teamed up with the US group to create the 8.8 flash festival, and created a new round of sales climax through multi-dimensional promotion methods such as friends circle advertising, public number, and Netease news.
The new smart retail model, supported by technology and real-time logistics, has become a new engine to promote the growth of Carrefour’s business. The advantages of online and offline complement each other, and truly achieve a win-win situation for consumers and brands.
