At the same time, Auchan China entered into the Auchan Heart Selection Supply Agreement with Hangzhou Xinxuan, and Auchan China will purchase Hangzhou Heart Selection Products. In fact, before this, RT-Mart and Auchan had signed multiple procurement and supply agreements with Ali, and the two sides continued to coordinate at the supply chain level.
According to the Gaoxin retail announcement, the Tmall supply chain agreed to sell the products consigned by Auchan Jiading in Tmall. However, Auchan Jia will pay the corresponding sales fees, logistics service fees, marketing activities expenses and marketing service fees to the Tmall supply chain. Wait. During the period from April 1 to December 31, 2018, the proposed annual cap for the trading of the Auchan Tmall agency agreement is 300,000 yuan, and the total amount of the amount of the RT-Mart cat sales agency agreement is 503 million yuan. Auchan China agreed to purchase home decoration, personal care products, travel and accessories, electronic products, maternal and child care products and other Taobao branded products from Hangzhou. During the period from August 1 to December 31, 2018, the annual cap of the Auchan Heart Selection Supply Agreement for trading was 400,000 yuan.
Gaoxin Retail said that the Auchan Tmall agency sales agreement will enable Gaoxin Retail to benefit from the majority of Tmall’s customer base and further promote the sales of Gaoxin Retail through various online retail channels. The cooperation under the Auchan Heart Selection Supply Agreement will enable Gaoxin Retail to further diversify and optimize the merchandise category of Auchan brand retail stores.
In November last year, Ali announced that it holds a 36.16% stake in Gaoxin Retail. Subsequently, RT-Mart first entered into a supply agreement with the Tmall supply chain with a maximum amount of $200 million. In April, Auchan agreed to purchase products from the Tmall supply chain with a total purchase amount of RMB 40 million. In May, RT-Mart and Box Ma Xiansheng jointly purchased in the regional agricultural products such as Hubei Qianjiang crayfish and Haikou volcanic lychee, and then Box Ma’s own brand “Daily Fresh Series” meat and egg milk and Emperor fresh series frozen products.
