According to China retail show,the synergistic development of internal and external information and processes realizes supply chain integration, which in turn promotes the efficient operation of the supply chain and maximizes the satisfaction of customer demand. Most scholars believe that supply chain integration can be divided into external integration and internal integration, of which external integration can be further divided into supplier integration and customer integration.

In terms of the measurement of supply chain integration, domestic scholars mostly use the questionnaire method to measure the degree of enterprise supply chain integration. Some scholars measure the internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration of enterprise supply chain integration based on the Likert 5-level subscale method or the 7-level scale method.

Some scholars design questionnaires and quantitatively analyze supply chain integration from the perspective of the realization path of supply chain integration, from the service platform of supply chain integration and "online + offline" business integration. In terms of the impact of supply chain integration on enterprise performance, domestic scholars have not yet formed a unified research conclusion.

Supplier integration reduces transaction costs and raw material supply uncertainty through the establishment of long-term partnership with upstream enterprises, which in turn improves enterprise operating efficiency. Customer integration through timely sharing and communication with customers in terms of demand information flow and other aspects, quickly grasp the customer's demand for products and services, speed up the adjustment of production plans, maximize the satisfaction of customer demand, improve customer stickiness and enterprise competitive advantage, bring higher economic returns, and thus improve the efficiency of enterprise operation.

Therefore, it is proposed that internal integration can significantly promote operational efficiency. Supplier integration can significantly promote operational efficiency. Customer integration can significantly promote operational efficiency.

Supply chain integration through the intermediary role of risk taking to promote operational efficiency enterprises through the supply chain integration, can strengthen the enterprise and the upstream and downstream of the body of the contact between the close cooperation, timely grasp of the supply chain upstream and downstream logistics and information flow, customer demand for more accurate production decision-making, reducing the enterprise's production uncertainty.

First of all, the three dimensions of retail enterprises' supply chain integration - internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration - have a significant positive contribution to operational efficiency. Among them, internal integration has the most significant role in promoting operational efficiency; second, the three dimensions of supply chain integration of internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration can indirectly promote the improvement of operational efficiency of retail enterprises by influencing the risk-bearing capacity of enterprises, and the risk-bearing capacity of enterprises plays a partly intermediary role.

Based on the research and analysis, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: accelerate the internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration of retail enterprises, promote and strengthen the supply chain integration in an all-round way, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the supply chain, and then enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises;

Strengthen the risk-bearing capacity of enterprises to better cope with the opportunities and challenges of economic globalization, enhance the risk-sharing capacity of the supply chain, and reduce the supply chain risks to better promote the improvement of the operational efficiency of enterprises; deepen the reforms of retail enterprises, and promote the small and medium-sized retail enterprises to increase the size of the company, and further give play to the scale effect.
