In the past three months since joining the self-discipline team, the surrounding business environment has indeed been much better. The sales price of cigarettes on the market has indeed recovered a lot, and it has also stabilized many. Our retailers have received real benefits, and the sale of cigarettes has also been positive. Many cigarettes The prices have reached the guide price level. For example, in the Anqing market, popular “Huangshan (new system smoke)” and “Huangshan (Five Stars)”, before this, every day will encounter a lot of counter-offers - “Full Anqing sells 12.5 yuan a pack”, "I bought 25 bags in a random manner," and there are also consumers who turned around and left after asking prices. Nowadays, there are not many objections to 14 yuan and 27 yuan. And at every interval, the team leader and deputy team leader will come to the store to communicate and share the actions and achievements of the self-discipline team, to mention things to note, and so on.
 
Of course, there are other improvements as prices rise. For my shop, the demand for fine cigarettes has risen significantly. The fifteen brand specifications that were originally on sale steadily increased. I have two new specifications: "Fu Rong Wang (Hard Branch)" and "Cordyceps sinensis (He Run) Fine Branch Tobacco". These two fine cigarettes The OTC got the consumers favorite. And I also found an obvious phenomenon. Because the fine cigarettes in my shop have special display cabinets, many customers do not need to remind themselves to purchase them at the fine cigarette counters. It can be seen that the degree of consumer acceptance of fine cigarettes has been normalized. Not only that, the market for high-end fine cigarettes has been in short supply. Especially during the Mid-Autumn Festival of the National Day, the “Nanjing (stone stone)”, which has been the balance of supply and demand in our stores, is actually out of stock, and many customers are happy to come to an end. At the same time, fine cigarettes in several sizes are not enough to sell, and they are delighted and helpless. They try their best to find other alternative brands and effectively reduce their cigarette inventory.
 
Fine cigarettes are the same, as are other specifications. The sales of high-end cigarettes have been known for a long time. "China (hard)", "China (soft)" and "Lotus (hard)" have always been in a tight state. Those thousand-dollar cigarettes are hard to find. And this is not an example of my shop, in the local counterparts WeChat group, every day such "not enough to sell" exchanges, are sighing about the gradual reduction of inventory concerns. Because the next quarter is also a period of soaring cigarette demand, how can this not worry people?
 
However, using actual actions to alleviate or eliminate such fears is the right thing to do. For example, purchase of alternative brands. As early as during the National Day, I was interested in purchasing some brand specifications that were not originally sold, and the fine cigarette “Changbai Mountain (777)” was intended to cultivate consumer groups with these specifications, which is a diversion of the tight-lipped state of the best-selling brand. In the aspect of cigarette display, some cigarettes with larger stocks are selected to increase customers visual experience and promote sales. The most important thing is to stick to the price position and not worry about the inconsistency of the market. It is enough to achieve a small-scale unification. As my own self-discipline team has 20 retail customers, as long as we first stabilize this market, other self-discipline teams will be responsible for their positions. In such a combination, the price will be stable, and the income will naturally rise steadily.
