Recently, David Ren, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer of DMALL, and Jun Zhang, Head of Customer Success of Key Accounts in Retail Industry of Flying Book, shared their experiences and achievements in digital transformation of the retail industry, and discussed the core value of digital transformation of the enterprises in the theme of "Leading Digital Retail".

According to retail fair, in today's digital wave, enterprises are facing key challenges and opportunities. Taking retail enterprises as an example, they need to compete with e-commerce and even catering and other cross-industry businesses, user operations are undergoing fundamental changes, and the products and supply chain have to be adjusted accordingly, which is indispensable to digitalisation in order to reduce costs, improve efficiency and win advantages. Digital infrastructure is the foundation and the first step to realise that everyone is online, everything is online, everything is online, so that all factors of production are online, and on this basis, we can embrace intelligent new technologies, such as AIGC technology, in order to be able to play a greater role. Take the "automatic ordering" function as an example, a shop thousands of tens of thousands of SKUs of goods, ordering in the past rely on human experience, but now the system can be based on the past precipitation of data, combined with the algorithmic model, to carry out accurate sales forecasts, to achieve the automatic ordering, to release the manpower, and at the same time, to reduce the rate of shop out-of-stock, reducing the number of days of inventory turnover. Some of MultiPoint's mature partners have seen their inventory turnover days drop to around 20 days, far below the industry average of 40 days.
