It is understood that a box of unmanned supermarkets has entered the community before, and one owner feels inconvenience and informs the property. The final box can only be removed, as is the container.
 
Second, the operating costs are high. If the point cannot be scaled up, the operating costs will be prohibitively high. The profit of several container products is not enough to replace the cost of the goods.
 
Third, profit cannot be guaranteed. It takes 3-8 years for the cabinet to return to this cycle, and domestic property companies will hardly sign long-term contracts, and profit expectations cannot be guaranteed.
 
Fourth, the profit margin is low. Low-margin products such as beverages and mineral waters are hard to earn. Products with high profit margins are difficult to high frequency. Fresh food, milk and the like are also strict with the temperature and shelf life. It is difficult to make money unless the food factory is directly operated.
 
“Initial high investment and uncertainty have blocked many small and medium-sized retailers.” Wang Ji believes that existing smart containers cannot subvert the existing business form, and at most it is the icing on the cake.
